Individual Therapy

Mental Health Matters. Nourish Your Mind, Nourish Your Life.

I work with adolescents (13-17 years old) and adults (18+ years old) to create a space of safety and stability in their own lives. I enjoy helping clients identify their values and what makes life worth living. In the initial session I will complete a full intake assessment with the client to identify the behaviors that are troubling them. We will then discuss next steps and come up with a treatment plan that highlights the client's hopes, strengths, and short and long-term goals.

Often times clients learn and use coping skills that may have gotten them through hard times, but ultimately are not helpful for them to keep using. I want to support clients in learning safer and more effective coping skills to use long-term. In sessions I support clients in process work to reveal their inner turmoil and brainstorm alternative ways to handle their present conflicts. I also utilize therapeutic books, intervention based worksheets, art, music, and games in sessions for increased insights.

If you are struggling to believe that you can make sustainable changes in your life, I am here to hold hope for you until you can.
