Journey to inner peace

Nourish your body and mind
Nourish your life

Welcome to Nourish Mental Health. I am so happy you are here!
If you are looking for a therapist who is inquisitive, empowering, compassionate, and who uses a little bit of humor, then you are in the right place.
I specialize in supporting adolescents and adults work through mental health challenges, such as eating disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, improving relationships with others, perfectionism, low self worth, life transitions and more. I offer parent coaching and family therapy to teach parents how to support their loved ones.
I hold hope for you in your recovery journey so you don't have to. I often work with clients who have been through multiple treatment centers and therapy before, but are back again and feel hopeless that they'll ever be able to fully recover. The fact that you are reaching out for support and showing up to therapy in the first place is enough for us to get started.
I use evidence-based therapy practices tailored to YOU and your specific needs. I don't believe there is a one size fits all in recovery. I will work with you to identify what has and hasn't worked well in the past so we can work together to achieve your goals. Lasting change takes time and I will be here for you every step of the way.
