Welcome to a safe space where you can empower your mind and transform your life. At Nourish Mental Health, I offer transformative therapy services to individuals struggling with a range of mental health challenges, including disordered eating, low self-esteem, body image distress, trauma, depression, and anxiety.

With a passion for empowering individuals to overcome their challenges I am committed to providing specialized support to help you navigate through your struggles and emerge stronger and more resilient. With a focus on trauma therapy and disordered eating, I have years of experience in higher levels of care, that I now bring to you in an outpatient setting to ensure that you receive the highest quality of treatment. If you are working with other providers, such as a psychiatrist for medication management or a dietitian I am happy to collaborate with other team members. I also offer parent coaching and family therapy to equip your loved ones with the tools they need to support you on your journey to recovery. This holistic approach ensures that you have a strong support system in place, allowing for more effective healing and growth.

If you are seeking a safe and supportive environment to address your mental health concerns, look no further than Nourish Mental Health. My goal is to help you increase your well-being and quality of life through personalized therapy sessions that cater to your unique needs. Take the first step towards transformation and schedule a therapy session with me today. Your mental health is worth investing in, and I am here to support you every step of the way.
