At Nourish Mental Health, I understand the complexities of mental health and the impact it can have on both individuals and their families. I have been providing support to individuals dealing with a range of issues, including disordered eating, low self-esteem, trauma, depression, and anxiety. In addition to individual therapy, I offer parent coaching and family therapy sessions to equip parents with advanced caregiver skills to better support their loved ones during challenging times. Parent coaching goes beyond traditional therapy by offering specialized guidance and tools tailored specifically for caregivers. I work closely with parents to help them understand their loved one's struggles, establish healthy communication patterns, set boundaries, and create a supportive environment conducive to healing. By empowering parents with the necessary skills and knowledge, I strive to strengthen family dynamics and foster a sense of connection and resilience. I have over five years of experience in therapy, specializing in disordered eating and trauma therapy. This expertise, combined with my focus on parent coaching, sets me apart in providing comprehensive support for individuals and their families. I believe that by equipping parents with the right tools and strategies, we can create a more nurturing and understanding support system for their loved ones. If you're seeking advanced support and guidance in caring for a family member dealing with mental health issues, our parent coaching sessions may be the solution you've been looking for. My goal at Nourish Mental Health is to help families thrive and build a strong foundation for healing and growth.
